Description: PADD is a Personal Organizer program based on the Star Trek
computer interface known as "LCARS". It's main functions are Memo Pad,
Address Book, To Do List and Logbook, which acts as a journal or diary.

Requirements:
	at least 800x600 Resolution
Small Fonts set in Display Properties
	3mb HDD space
	VisualBASIC 4 Runtime Library (VB40032.DLL)
(I've included this in the ZIP file)
	User-side Common Sense j/k ;)

	Microsoft Internet Explorer is optional
(The mail/web launch buttons might not work if
you don't have MSIE, I'm not sure)

Installation Instructions:
Use WinZip or similar 32-bit ZIP tool to UnZIP Padd21.zip to any directory
on your drive. (C:\PADD is the most simple)
MAKE SURE TO SELECT "USE PATHNAMES" or "USE DIRECTORY NAMES" OR SOMETHING
TO THAT EXTENT OR PADD WILL NOT WORK.
If you selected to use the pathnames, PADD will create 3 subfolders, Graphics,
Users, and Sounds. PADD NEEDS these sub-folders to run properly.
Once you've done this you can run PADD. Create a desktop shortcut if you wish.

If PADD gives you an error requesting a DLL file, it means VB40032.DLL. When
you UnZIPed PADD, VB40032.DLL was put into the the root PADD directory, whichever
one you chose to put PADD in. If PADD doesn't find the DLL (I haven't tested
wheather it does or doesn't yet) then you'll have to copy it to either C:\Windows
or C:\Windows\System. Then it WILL work.

(To copy, open an explorer window in your PADD directory, and one in C:\Windows
or C:\Windows\System and simply drag VB40032.DLL from PADD to there)

If you have any more problems with PADD, make sure you used pathnames when
you UNZIPed it, and if you did and it still doesn't work, e-mail me
	at psyborg@ulster.net.

When you first start PADD there will be an empty user list. Hit 'NEW' to create
	a user.

For basic PADD operation, see the documentation in the Memo Pad.
