- Chapel admitted she was in love wit Mr. Spock while
under the influence of the Psi 2000 virus, although Spock did his best to ignore this.
Chapel earned a medical degree, following the return of the Enterprise to earth in 2270
and returned later to the Enterprise as a staff physician. Chapelīs first appearance was
in the TOS episode "The Naked Time".
Majel Barret also played the the role
of Number One, second-in-command of the Enterprise in "The Cage" under the
command of Captain Christopher Pike. She also played Lwaxana Troi in StarTrek:The
NextGeneration and lend her voice to computers of TOS, TNG, DS9 and Voyager.
